Long known as the Spooner Block Party and now known as Freedom Music Fest Wisconsin, this incredible music event is designed to celebrate and benefit those who keep us and our country safe and free. While offering a great lineup of rock and country acts, Freedom Music Fest is focused on giving back to regional military, law enforcement, firefighters, and EMS teams. It’s a celebration and a fund raiser that offers plenty to enjoy in the beautiful North Woods at the height of summer.
Freedom Music Fest takes place Saturday, July 1st, 2023 on the Washburn County Fairgrounds on the south side of the city of Spooner. Doors open at 4pm with a lineup that includes The Smokin’ Loons at 4:15, GB Leighton at 5:30, BlackHawk at 7:30, and headliner .38 Special at 9:30pm! Food and beverage vendors from the area will be there, including local craft brewery Round Man Brewing Company, Big Daddy’s Diner in Spooner, Lamoureux Concessions from Hayward, Lucky 8’s Grill, B & D’s BBQ, and more.
