Wellstream Media, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on StateTrunkTour.com. Online Contest Rules
A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Eligibility as to state residence is “at the time of entry.” Wellstream Media, LLC is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any computer related equipment or failure to receive any e-mail or mailed entry. Only one entry per household; any entries will not be returned. The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail or mail. Liability is disclaimed arising in any way or in connection with any contest, acceptance or use of any prize, or any travel in connection to said contest. Travel/Transportation expenses are not included. Airfare not included unless otherwise specified. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner. All disputes arising out of or connected with the contest be brought only in the Circuit Court of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin and such disputes and this contest shall be governed by Wisconsin law, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law, rules or provisions. Each entrant submits to the sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction of such court and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction. Any claim, judgment, or award arising out of dispute or litigation hereunder, by or in favor of an entrant shall be limited to actual out of pocket cost incurred, but in no event attorneys fees, and no claim for punitive, incidental or consequential damages shall be allowed. This contest is sponsored by Wellstream Media, LLC. Each winner is solely responsible for any cost and expenses to claim and use their prize. In the event this contest is compromised by any cause beyond the reasonable control of Wellstream Media, LLC which impairs the proper operation of the contest, Wellstream Media, LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the contest.
Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. The servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment, in a locked facility.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.
