EAA AirVenture is the World’s Largest Fly-In! What CAN’T you experience here? It’s rolling for 2023 and better than ever!

EAA stands for Experimental Aircraft Association. It was founded in 1953 by Paul Poberezny for a community of passionate aviation enthusiasts that promote and support recreational flying. Today, EAA has over 200,000 members throughout the world. EAA AirVenture is their biggest event, welcoming members and other flight enthusiasts to Oshkosh for a week every year… and it’s a total blast! Over 650,000 people from 92 countries attended EAA AirVenture in 2022 as over 10,000 aircraft flew in and out of Oshkosh.

Whether you come to fly or just watch, you experience the world’s greatest aviation celebration. Warbirds. Vintage. Homebuilts, Ultralights, even the Blue Angels have all visited and performed here! This year, F-15s, a C-17 flying hospital, a V-22 Osprey, and a C-130 will also be there. Enjoy all kinds of planes, aerobatics, hands-on workshops, and celebrations. AirVenture draws flight enthusiasts from across the globe, briefly turning Oshkosh’s Wittman Regional Airport into the busiest airport in the world in terms of takeoffs and landings.
