The River Falls Roots and Bluegrass Festival is a FREE three-day musical festival located in the heart of downtown River Falls. Enjoy over fifty hours of foot stompin’ Bluegrass, Roots & Cajun at multiple venues! Headliners this year include Kind Country, Dead Horses, Art Stevenson and High Water.
The weekend kicks off with the 4th Annual Beer & Wine Tasting at Junior’s Bar and Restaurant. Enjoy the character of their historic Main Street (Historic Highway 35) as you move from venue to venue to experience both regional and local roots and bluegrass music all weekend long. Enjoy a variety of free workshops and participate in free jam sessions.
Check out the new Roots and Bluegrass Festival Band Contest and the Singer/Songwriter Competition which promises to be an exciting competition among the best of the best. Prizes will be awarded for the top three artists.
You can get to River Falls via Highways 29, 35, or 65. It’s just minutes south of I-94. Don’t miss over 50 hours of foot-stomping bluegrass! Make a weekend out of it!
