Calendar of Events

No dairy event in the world compares to this event in Madison, the capital of America’s Dairyland. The World Dairy Expo is a showcase for elite dairy cattle, cutting edge research and modern technologies. And after taking 2020 off, it’s BACK for 2021! It will be open to the public Tuesday, September 28th – Saturday, October 2nd, 2021. Among the many products, demonstrations, seminars and cattle judging, you can also find some great food, and don’t forget to stop at the Purple Cow Gift Shop to buy a dairy souvenir for those at home. It truly is the international meeting place for the dairy industry.

You can check it out too, of course! Just head to the Alliant Energy Center, just off Madison’s Beltline (U.S. 12/18) at Rimrock Road near John Nolen Drive, just east of of U.S. 14 & U.S. 151.

Admission is $12 daily for people 12 years of age and older, $35 for all public days. Kids 11 and under are admitted FREE.
