Lake Geneva Bacon Fest« Back to Events
Yes, yes, we had you at bacon. Lake Geneva Bacon Fest fills the city with the wondrous smells and tastes of unique bacon creations – from dishes to drinks – while enjoying live music from local performing artists across the downtown area. This is their first time putting on Bacon Fest and it happens Saturday, May 8th, 2021.
The fun is centered on Flatiron Park in downtown Lake Geneva, which offers a beautiful view of Geneva Lake and is across from The Riviera, the historic Baker House, Sprecher’s Restaurant & Pub, and more. Tons of great shops and restaurants are within blocks, including Topsy Turvy Brewery. Of course, at the park itself beverages beyond bacon will be available, and part of the proceeds benefit the Walworth County Food Pantry and Diaper Bank.
Presented by Lake Geneva Regional News and sponsored by the City of Lake Geneva, tickets are only $5 in advance! You can also buy right at the gate for $10. This event will take COVID precautions including limiting the number of attendees allowed in Flatiron Park at given times and recommending face masks when proper distancing is difficult at the park. Please follow the COVID precautions when visiting local shops and restaurants, too. Tickets are grouped by available entry times, but once in you can stay as long as you like. Get more details and online tickets in advance here.
It’s easy to get to downtown Lake Geneva and Flatiron Park, just follow Highway 50 (which cuts right through the heart of downtown). Highway 120 comes in from the direct south and north, and the U.S. 12 freeway cuts right past town to the east and intersects with both 50 and 120 near the Grand Geneva. Easy access from the west is also available via Highway 50 from I-43 or Highway 67!
