WELL, it’s a messy day across Wisconsin. And we’re not just talking about yesterday’s Packer game. A Winter Storm Warning dominates today, with ice, sleet, and moderate snow to the southeast and heavier snow to the northwest. We love road trips, but hold off today!
Of course, plenty of great events are happening as we approach New Year’s and welcome 2016, and we’ll be building out more road coverage on the new State Trunk Tour site as we go. The cooler weather is making downhill skiing a good option now, too! Check out the Snow Report here. And we await some cool New Year’s events, including the “Droppin’ of the Carp” in Prairie du Chien and the Cheese Drop in Plymouth!
We keep adding more material on our new platform and are covering more new highways across the state, with our favorite quirky bits, photos, and more to help you maximize the fun of roadtripping around Wisconsin. Come back often, and be sure to like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter (@statetrunktour) for more, then Pick Some Roads and GO!!
