DESCRIPTION:The 33rd Annual National Championship Musky Open Tournament runs in Eagle River August 17-19\, 2018\, sponsored by the Eagle River Area Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center and Musky Clubs Alliance of Wisconsin\, Inc. It’s the World’s Largest amateur Musky tournament! \nThe Grand Door Prize is a 2018 Mercury Powered Ranger Boat with a RangerTrail trailer. Other prizes have been supplied by Shimano\, PowerPro Line\, G Loomis Tackle\, Lowrance\, St. Croix Rods\, Shoeder’s RV & Marine\, Super Slayer Tackle Company\, Musky Hunter Magazine\, Minn Kota\, Fittante Taxidermy/Replicas\, H3O Polarized\, Musky Bumper\, Days Inn of Eagle River\, Enticer Tackle\, General Beer Northwoods\, Suick Lure Company\, Waterworks Specialists and Z Leaders Fishing Rigs. \nTournament headquarters will be at Vilas County Fairgrounds on Highways 17/70 West\, just blocks from downtown Eagle River.  Fishing will take place across lakes in the area. \nA portion of the proceeds always goes for fish stocking and habitat improvement.
