SUMMARY:Great River Folk Festival
DESCRIPTION:The annual Great River Folk Festival is a family-friendly Saturday featuring outdoor contemporary and traditional folk music right in La Crosse’s beautiful Riverside Park. Along with the music\, you can enjoy demonstrations of traditional crafts and plenty of craft items for sale from artists across the spectrum\, ethnic food and children’s activities. The Driftless Folk School will be demonstrating Spoon Carving\, Spindle Spinning and Small Basket weaving throughout the day—11 and 5 pm. \nCheck out the full music lineup below. Ticket prices range from $10 or Sunday only to $55 for all three days and nights of the festival (if you buy by August 18th\, they’re $75 at the gate for all three days)\, with numerous options in between.
