DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the 38th Annual West Bend GERMANfest! This celebration of German Heritage and Gemütlichkeit takes place Thursday\, August 22nd through Sunday\, August 25th\, 2024.  GERMANfest is an outdoor festival featuring two stages of continuous ethnic and other music\, authentic German food and dancing\, Sheepshead tournaments\, Kinderzone\, fine selection of beer and wine\, souvenirs\, daily raffles\, and more. \nTake in all the food\, fun\, and Festlichkeit that awaits you and others as you enjoy the huge outdoor\, tented danced floor\, fabulous array of musical guests and of course excellent food and beverages. West Bend Germanfest is easy to find\, located centrally on the corners of Walnut and Main Street in the heart of downtown West Bend\, rich with history. Highways 33 and 144 meet in downtown West Bend\, a few miles east of the U.S. 45 bypass of the city. The original U.S. 45\, as Main Street\, cuts right past the GERMANfest grounds.
