Get your motors running! Harley-Davidson hosts its annual Milwaukee Rally September 1st through the 5th this year, and bikes, beer, bands, rides, and good times all await! The Harley Davidson Museum in downtown Milwaukee will be the epicenter, with tons of bikes, history, live music, and more. Six Harley-Davidson dealers around southeast Wisconsin from West Bend to Kenosha will also serve as official Milwaukee Rally locations, with their own parties and live music. The Rally experience is rooted in riding to the rally and the spectacular routes that surround the event. Ride Routes will be offered through the Harley-Davidson Mobile App.
Live music headliners at the Harley Davidson Museum include Hairball Thursday night, Parmalee Friday night, and Jackyl Saturday night.

The H-D Museum will offer photo opportunities at The Shed, a replica of the iconic Shed where Harley-Davidson’s story began in 1903. The Museum will also offer Self-Guided Tours, showcasing motorcycles and artifacts that tell the story of the Motor Company’s rich history and heritage.

The SVRA Vintage Festival Weekend at Road America, May 20-22, celebrates automotive racing’s glorious past. This vintage racing event brings the past back to life with the sights, sounds and smells from motorsport’s pioneering age both on and off the track.
The SVRA (SportsCar Vintage Racing Association) weekend at Road America includes a packed vintage race car schedule featuring classic race cars covering several decades. Many of the entries have previously competed at classic events like Le Mans and the Indy 500. SVRA is one of the oldest organizations in vintage racing, and the only one with a national presence, committed to presenting the best possible experience for competitors and fans. From 200 MPH INDY and Formula 1 cars to classic Jaguars and Porsches, SVRA races provide a rolling history of motorsport where the cars are the stars at legendary tracks across the country.
The SVRA Vintage Festival Weekend lineup includes race groups for all twelve SVRA classes including Formula 5000, Formula Ford, sports racing, and production sports cars. The classes feature the best classic sportscars from prestigious marques such as Lotus, Alfa Romeo, Jaguar, Porsche and Corvette with models from the ’50s, ’60s and ’70s. The Formula 4 United States Championship (F4 U.S.), Formula Regional Americas Championship (FR Americas) series, Mazda Miata Heritage Cup Series, OPTIMA’s Search for the Ultimate Street Car championship and the Hagerty Cars & Caffeine vintage car rally will bolster the SVRA schedule for the weekend.
You’ll find Road America along Highway 67, just north of Plymouth and Highway 23 and a few miles west of Highway 57 in Sheboygan County, right by the beautiful resort town of Elkhart Lake.

On Sunday of Labor Day weekend, the Big Gig BBQ will take place on the Summerfest Grounds to coincide with the Harley-Davidson annual Rally! Enjoy the best BBQ in town on the south end of Henry Maier Festival Park from Noon – 7pm, rain or shine. The Big Pig BBQ will be serving up smoky ribs, savory brisket and signature BBQ from 14 of the best local and national cookers.

Happening Friday, August 31st from 10am-4pm and Saturday, September 1st from Noon-7pm, this is a chance to watch bikes tear through the sand on the shoreline of Lake Michigan for the first time in over 100 years! Free and open to the public, there will also be beach activities providing gritty fun for all ages. On Friday, racers will be wrenching and kicking up sand as they practice and get prepared for the competition. Vintage and new bikes will meet up and battle it out on the oval on Saturday, paying tribute to the early days of racing. The beach is open for swimming. Held at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena on Kilbourn Avenue (just off U.S. 18 and Highway 145), this Indoor Flat-Track Race event offers tight, bar-to-bar racing action from both traditional and special classes. The Pre-Race Street Party begins Friday at Noon and runs through 8pm, with free motorcycle street parking, the Harley-Davidson truck and Rebel One, bikes, vendors, great food, a 360-bar, a whiskey bar, and a huge variety of live music. Doors for Flat Out Friday open at 6pm and the races start at 7pm.
Live Music includes Taj Raiden at 2pm, Faux Fiction at 3pm, Denny Lanez at 4pm, Telethon at 5pm, and Whips at 6pm.
This Harley 115th event is held Friday 8/31 at Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove south of Milwaukee. They’re inviting Harley riders from around the world to twist the throttle and race side-by-side at the iconic “biggest little track in the world“. Just northwest of Milwaukee at Little Switzerland in Slinger, the Hillclimb Powered by Harley-Davidson takes place on Saturday, 9/1. Watch the best of vertical racing action as racers scale the front side of the ski hill, competing for time and distance. It’s not just racing for bragging rights – a $8,500 prize purse is on the line. All ages are welcome. Of course, the 115th Anniversary Parade tops it all off! Riders from around the world wave their hometown flags proudly right here in the birthplace of Harley-Davidson. Riders and the community will line the route to see the beauty and the brawn of customized motorcycles and unique show bikes. Harley-Davidson invited tens of thousands of riders from around the world to ride in the parade including custom bike builders, stunt teams, charitable groups, HOG Chapters, as well as a few surprise guests. The parade kicks off at 45th Street and Wisconsin Avenue, continues east through downtown Milwaukee and lands at the Harley-Davidson 115th Anniversary and HOG 35th Moto-Carnival at Veterans Park.
Rockerbox is the premier Wisconsin motorcycle show featuring an eclectic mix of Euro, Japanese and American vintage café racers, choppers, sport bikes, racing machines, super motos, scooters, and sidecars. All makes and models of bikes are welcome; you’ll find a mash of bikes competing for space alongside dealers and vendors of all things motorcycling.
The weekend-long festival centers around a ride-in bike show and competition; entering riders from all over the country in over several competitive award classes to showcase the greatest in classic style, fresh customization and all that which is unusual and incredible.
