The WBAY Home & Garden Show runs Thursday, March 15th through Sunday, March 18th at the Resch Center, right across from Lambeau Field in Green Bay. I-41, U.S. 141, and Highways 29, 32, 54, 57, and 172 all bring you to Green Bay.

11am: Melinda Myers- Grow your favorite recipe (please bring your own recipe card)- Whether new or experienced, we can all find better ways to grow fresh produce. Start with a plan and end with a great meal. I’ll share tips on growing the most popular and useful vegetables in your small or large scale landscape. Come with your favorite recipe and we will find ways to help you grow the ingredients.
12pm: Melinda Myers- Book Signing and Q&A
4pm: Melinda Myers- Bring the world to your backyard- creating your own backyard vacationland – Create a garden that reflects the beauty and culture of your favorite travel destination. Selecting the right palette of plants, stone work, accents, and artwork can help transform your garden into a vacation paradise. Though not as fun as jetting to your favorite locale, you will be able to get a taste of it every time you walk into your backyard.
5pm: Melinda Myers- Book signing and Q&A
11am: Melinda Myers- Attracting Bees, Hummingbirds and butterflies to the garden- Enjoy the many benefits of attracting bees, hummingbirds and butterflies to the garden. You’ll enjoy their beauty and increased productivity in your garden and they’ll benefit from the food, water and shelter you provide. Melinda will share some attractive plant combinations and designs that are sure to attract pollinators to your garden no matter the size!

2pm: Melinda Myers- All About Composting -Turn Yard Waste and Kitchen Scraps into Gardener’s Gold- Stop hauling yard waste to the dump and kitchen scraps to the garbage. Instead turn them into a useful soil amendment. It will add nutrients and organic matter that improves drainage in heavy soils and increases water-holding ability in sandy soils. This means a more bountiful harvest and beautiful gardens!
