9th Annual Turkey Bowling, Mountain« Back to Events
Why use a 12-pound bowling ball when you can use a 12-pound turkey? Mountain’s Riverview Fire Department hosts its 9th annual Turkey Bowling event Saturday, February 23rd. The action happens right along Highway 32 at the Town of Riverview’s Ice Rink & Pavilion.
Turkey Bowling will consist of four-person teams, any age is cool. You can register your group for turkey bowling the day of for just $30. Of course, you can just watch, too. There will also be food, beverages, raffles and more, and of course the heated pavilion to warm up in!

Register for $30 at the Half-Way Bar or at the event itself the day of. Enjoy chili, sandwiches, beverages, raffles and more throughout the day! Ice grippers are encouraged.
You’ll find the turkey bowling action along Highway 32, just north of Highway 64 in Mountain in Oconto County. Should be a fun time, and then check out the beautiful snowmobile trails, hiking trails, fishing lakes and flowages, forest lands, even Larry the Logroller in nearby Wabeno! Or head east to Crivitz, south to Gillett (the “ATV Capital”), or Oconto itself for history in Copper Culture State Park and some great dining options!
