Taste of Durand & Music in the Park« Back to Events
Wednesday, August 24th will feature Taste of Durand, which features food venues from area restaurants, bars, grocery store & other private vendors.
Music in the Park also takes place that evening, with The Whitesidewalls “Rock-N-Roll Revue” playing at the Memorial Park Bandshell. Durand is the county seat of Pepin County, located along the Chippewa River in a beautiful valley. U.S. 10 and Highways 25 and 85 reach town – and this is a great opportunity to enjoy a nice range of food from area restaurants and enjoy some music.
Durand is only about 15 miles upstream from the Mississippi River and lies in the heart of west-central Wisconsin’s Driftless Area. It’s a fairly quick and scenic ride from Eau Claire via Highway 85, Menomonie or Nelson via Highway 25, or Ellsworth or Osseo via U.S. 10.
