Oconomowoc Fall Festival« Back to Events
Celebrate the coming of fall with the Oconomowoc Fall Festival. This lovely town at the western edge of Waukesha County’s Lake Country has a bustling downtown nestled around Fowler Lake and Lac La Belle, and the big party is on Saturday, September 7th from 9am – 7pm, rain or shine.
There will be over 80 street vendors, lots of food, shopping, kids’ events, dancing, and festivities. Hang out at the beer tent, take part in the chili pepper eating contest, watch or participate in kayak races, and enjoy live music.
Check out the Chile Peppers Eating Contest at 4pm! That should be a hot time (yes, I know…)
An outdoor movie begins at dusk, extending the Oconomowoc Fall Festival well into the evening.
You can get to Oconomowoc via Highway 16 or Highway 67. Forget the bypass routes, follow the original roads right into downtown. That includes Main Street, Summit Avenue, and Wisconsin Avenue. The downtown is three miles north of I-94, via Exit 282 – which is Highway 67.
