Of course, Milwaukee is one of the beer capitals of the world, so you know Milwaukee Beer Week is epic. The city’s longest brewing tradition has risen to a whole new level with an explosion of craft breweries all over the city and suburbs. Participating breweries include Third Space Brewing, Good City Brewing, Milwaukee Brewing Company, New Glarus Brewing Company, 3 Sheeps Brewing from Sheboygan, Central Waters Brewing from Amherst, Founders Brewing, and even some out-of-state craft breweries like Sierra Nevada and Lagunitas.
Milwaukee Beer Week runs Saturday, May 4th – Saturday, May 11th with events at bars and breweries all over the area. A Schedule of Events is below, and you can find out more on their website and also their Facebook page for up-to-date additions and adjustments.
Milwaukee is a fun place to road trip to and around, but if you’re imbibing a lot in Craft Beer Week events remember there are plenty of taxis, Uber and Lyft options, and even some fun, easily rent-able Bublr Bikes you can use to go from event to event. Their hashtag is #MKEBeerWeek.
