This is one fun beer festival: the annual Kohler Festival of Beer celebrates one of Wisconsin’s top industries with the country’s premier craft brewers and beer fans from around the nation. The Village of Kohler comes alive during a weekend brimming with refreshing brews, delicious food, cooking demonstrations, beer classes and live music by some of the region’s best bands. Signature events include the Hops to the Shops party, 5k Beer Run, the Shorts & Chefs grilling event, the popular Cheers to Beers tasting gala and a Sunday beer-themed breakfast.
Prices vary based on events, although many events are free. You can also select a variety of packages designed for this beer festival, including with overnight accommodations (not a bad choice, given all the imbibing options!)
New this year is Salute to Swine on Friday night with great beer, delectable bites and a Chicago blues band. Returning are fan favorites Shorts and Chefs, Cheers to Beers and the Beer Run (Saturday).
