Eaux Claires logo 2017Eaux Claires is a huge two-day music and arts festival featuring terrific live performances, music, and crafts along the banks of the Chippewa River on 60 acres of farmland just outside the city of Eau Claire.

In year three of Eaux Claires, they’re reconfiguring the grounds, re-imagining the staging and devoting more attention to the one-of-a-kind experiences that make this festival unique. They’re enhancing the interplay between the artists to allow more performances per artist, many more collaborations throughout the duration of the festival and, well, more once in a lifetime moments. Expect to see unpredictable performances, hidden venues and surprise collaborations across a full two days of music and togetherness.

The festival, curated by Justin Vernon and Aaron Dessner, runs June 16 and 17, 2017. Tickets are on sale now. Two-Day General Admission Passes are $169 plus fees, Two-Day Enhanced Chippewa Passes are $350 and include catered meals each day as well as complimentary premium beer and soft drinks – meals and all beverages for Chippewa Pass holders will be served in a private and spacious area adjacent to the Lake Eaux Lune stage, so that’s how that works. A Single Day General Admission Pass is $90 plus fees, and the Single Day “Chippewa” Pass – an Enhanced Pass with the same catering and beverages as the Two-Day Enchanced Chippewa Passes – runs $199 plus fees.

For campers, Eaux Claires offers campground areas only minutes away via a free shuttle. Campgrounds will feature shower facilities, general stores, and spacious sites able to accommodate multiple tents. Camping passes are sold separately from all Admission Tickets and sell for $165, $300 for oversized vehicles.

If you prefer a hotel or other lodging, Eaux Claires is once again working with University of Wisconsin Eau Claire to make hundreds of its dorm rooms available for reservations at reasonable rates (about $84), also with free shuttle transportation.
